Qiana Robinson, Chair
Qiana is a Leadership Development Specialist with skills in leadership development, training and development, and project management. She has been with the board since 2018 and served as one of its incorporators. She has served as the chair from 2018 - 2020 and from 2022 - Present. Her community involvement includes Puritan Missionary Baptist Church, Incorporator of the Indiana Finer Women of Excellence Foundation in 2024, a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and part of the Indianapolis Black Chamber of Commerce.
Pamela parker, Vice Chair
Pamela is a Program Manager with skillsets in Public Policy, Human Relations & Personnel Development, Diversity & Inclusivity trained and Organizational Leadership. She has been with the board since 2022 serving as the secretary from 2022 - 2024 and the vice chair from 2025 - Present. Her community involvement includes Zeta Phi Beat Sorority, Inc., Keep Indianapolis Beautiful Steering Committee, and Neighborhoods USA. Her other board service includes the Iota Zeta N.E.S.T. Health Hoosiers Babies board member.
Charmene Ward, Director
Charmene is a Front Desk Reception and Events Hostess with skills in event planning, administrative, organizational leadership, and working with youth and young adults. She has been a member of the board for two years. Her additional community involvement includes Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Antioch Fountain of Grace Church, Martin Center Sickle Cell Initiative, and the Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center.
Bernadette Harris, Secretary
Bernadette is a Senior Financial Analyst with skills in business analysis, financial analysis, data analysis, budget monitoring, reporting and reconciliation. She has been a member of the board since 2018 and was one of the incorporators. She served as the treasurer from 2018 - 2020 and as the secretary from 2024 - Present. Her other community involvement includes Light of the World Christian Church and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women. Other board service includes the Indiana Finer Women of Excellence Foundation as an incorporator and the current Vice President.
Kristina King, Treasurer
Kristina is a New Business Support Specialist with skills in Financial Consulting and she is a licensed Life Insurance Broker. She has been with the board for two years. Her additional community involvement includes Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and Gleaners Food Bank Volunteer.
Dr. Lynel Beaty, Ex-Officio
Dr. Lynel is a manager of spiritual care in hospital settings. She is a certified grief coach, life coach, and advance recovery grief specialist. She has been a member of the board for one year.
Adrienne Woods, Ex-Officio
Adrienne is an account manager with skills in project and campaign management and brand development. She has been with the board since 2018 and served from 2018 - 2020 as the vice president, 2020-2024 as president and is currently the immediate past president.
